Hey guys,
This semester things have gotten a litte crazy, I'm taking 5 classes and they are all in full swing plus there are a host of non-school related issues that are rolling through my head as we speak. With graduation on the horizon I've been thinking a lot about what I want to live for and where I want to be in the future. I'm sure most of you have already thought about that since you are all out in the 'real world'. Dan and I are taking "Inovative Game Design", a course designed to force us to think "outside the box" in terms of making a marketable video game. We came up with what we tentativly call Kung Fu Tomogatchi. It's a fight training simulation game which uses marionette physics so that you can create your own moves as opposed to using a set number of moves designed by the game creator (ie Soul Calibur II). Instead of being able to control the fighter directly you issue voice commands and the fighter decides whether to listen to you or not. We will be implementing some sort of learning algorithm which the fighter will use to determine what a "good strategy" is. But enough about broing technical stuff which i am sure most of you don't care about.
This semester looks like its going to be the most difficult i have ever faced, not in terms of how hard my classes are, but more how I am coming to terms with my life. I still have no idea what I am doing and I feel like it is something I may never know. One thing is clear to me though, what we had in Phouse last year was a very good thing. Maybe I'm being a little cheesy, but you guys are one of the best things that ever happened to me and to let something like that go feels like a huge waste. I hope to hear or see all of you soon. Until then, keep the Phouse spirit burning strong.

As I walked down the terminal after arriving in
I have no idea what he's talking about. He repeats himself twice more. I'm too tired to react, I stare at him blankly. "Bassbort" he says finally, immediately I whip out my passport and hand it to him. After a bit more broken English and lots of blank staring he sticks the stamps to my passport convinced that I am either def or retarded. Next I get into line not realizing it would be the last line I ever stand in while in
In the taxi back Jennye reminds me her family will be here for a week. I blink. “I don’t remember you telling me that”. Well it didn’t matter because this was the case. The next seven days it was a strict regiment of waking up at
Coptic Cairo ended the family tour and we said goodbye to the Greene/Lynch family. On our way back to the apartment we stopped at the
The rest of the week I think we mostly slept. It was a holiday so most shops were closed and no one was outside. One thing to note about the holidays, you will see lots of dismembered animal parts everywhere. Most of the parts are from sheep but you can find cow parts and goat parts as well.
Horseback riding in the desert, at sunset near the pyramids. I don’t think I need to explain any more of that to you. Unfortunately, due to a huge oversight on both our parts we forgot to bring a camera so I can’t show you all what words can’t describe.
After a ten hour train ride we arrived in
Just some ruins sitting right in the middle of the city. Notice the “modern” arches on the other side of the ruins. As we found out, there are ruins EVERYWHERE in

And they really liked drawing this one. There were about six that we found. Try and catch ‘em all! Seriously though
If you can speak Arabic well enough you can fool the guys at the ticket both into thinking your from an Arab Nation. This gives you the super mega discount which means instead of paying 50 pounds you pay 4 pounds. For Valley of the Kings Jennye was from

It was cool though, we wouldn’t have had to go far for our honeymoon.
In conclusion, I love
